BarCamp Milwaukee

MLUG's monthly meeting was held at BarCampMilwaukee2. It was treated like any other session at BarCamp and therefore only ran one hour long.

First to present was Whil Hentzen, He presented on various GUI disk visualizers. Doing a quick side-by-side of the various visualizer choices out there and why one might wish to employ one or the other. The key purpose of them are to, graphically show the user where the disk space is most allocated. After that, Darrek Hartman explained how Linux was involved in BarCampMilwaukee2s network setup. He talked about ZoneCD, its limitations and ease of use. The meeting ended with invitations extended to BarCamp participants to check out the monthly MLUG meetings.
