MLUG Board 2008 Election Information

The MLUG will be governed by a Board of Directors comprised of a 5 individuals elected from the voting membership. The Board members will be elected and will hold office for a term of one year beginning from their election at the regular May meeting. The Board will consist of a Chair, a Vice Chair, a Secretary and two members-at-large. For purposes of continuity, an outgoing Chair will serve two months as a third member-at-large.

In order to vote in the 2008 elections, MLUG members must have attended at least 4 meetings in the last 12 months.

The list was created from the attendance sheets from each meeting. If you believe the count to be wrong, it is probably because you did not sign in on the attendance sheet, that or I could not read your handwriting. If your name does not appear on the above list, it is because you did not have enough attendance to be eligible.
